Cincinnati vs. Virginia Tech Hokies Pick Prediction Military Bowl College Football Odds 12-27-2014

The Cincinnati Bearcats will face the Virginia Tech Hokies in the Military Bowl in an NCAA college football game slated for Saturday December 27th.
